Tauranga is a city located in the Western Bay of Plenty region on the eastern coast of New Zealand's North Island. It is the largest city in the Bay of Plenty and the fifth-largest urban area in New Zealand, with a population of approximately 150,000 people. Tauranga is located about 200 kilometers southeast of Auckland. The city is situated on the shores of the abundant Tauranga Harbour and surrounded by the stunning Kaimai ranges. We like to boast that we have the best climate in New Zealand, and given that Mount Maunganui is a prime summer holiday destination, we think you will agree!
